How to Deconstruct a Media Text

What is  to know before deconstructing a needed media text:

One of the aspects that you have to look at when deconstructing media text is the MISE - EN - SCENE this means everything that is included on the shot : colour, clothing/objects, actors/actresses, location.

You also have to look at the typography; there are two types of typography they are called sans serif and serif.
Sans Serif is when the font you are using only has straight lines; the font is used to signify something clean, modern, friendly.
The other font is serif is when the font is curlier; the mood associated with it is elegant, romantic, classic. This is the font being used in the logo for Pretty Little Liars.
